Although it is necessary to implement certain policies and regulations governing members and their guests, it is our desire to keep them at a minimum. It is the responsibility of the Club’s membership to become familiar with these policies and to cooperate with Club management in their implementation.

   Reservations are required for use of the Private Dining Rooms and Member Special Events. Reservations are strongly encouraged at all times. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for all Special Events. Failure to notify the Club within this period will result in a full charge per person to the members account.

Our club hours and dress codes are as follows:

Commonwealth Dining Room
Lunch      11:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.  Monday – Friday
Dinner       5:30 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.  Tuesday – Friday

Proper dress is required in the Commonwealth Dining Room at all times, jeans and shorts are not allowed. A jacket and tie are required for gentlemen on Friday evenings.

PLEASE NOTE: The above times and locations are subject to change according to availability. Call the office for further information.

   Food and beverage minimums do not apply to Sales Tax or Gratuities. A service charge of 18% is added to all food and beverage charges. If you wish to recognize an outstanding performance, please feel free to make notations on your bill accordingly. All meals are subject to Massachusetts’s 5% meals tax unless otherwise noted.

   Members are not required to present their membership card when using the Club. However, we ask all members to verify their membership number at the time they are seated.

   Bills will be presented at the end of each meal and must be signed by the appropriate member. Please check your bills carefully before signing them and retain a copy for your records.

   Statements will be mailed at the beginning of each month and will itemize the monthly food and beverage charges and minimum spending charges for the past month as well as membership dues for the upcoming month. Statements are payable upon receipt and may be automatically paid by credit card with the proper prior arrangements. The Quequechan Club accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash as methods of payment.

   Delinquent accounts (accounts unpaid after 30 days from the date of the monthly statement) will be subject to a finance charge. If a member’s club account shall remain unpaid for 60 days, the member’s privileges will be suspended. Member accounts unpaid after 90 days are subject to referral to our Collection Attorney and/or cancellation of membership.

   Questions regarding statements and billing may be forwarded to Donna Amaral. She may be reached Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. either in person at the Club or via phone at 508-679-6433.

   State liquor laws and Club policy prohibit food or drink to be brought onto the premises for consumption in the Club. The Club staff reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone that cannot present a valid I.D. and any Member or guest who appears to be intoxicated.

 

   Children are welcome in all dining rooms when accompanied by an adult. It is requested that all members and guests with children be respectful of fellow members. Children’s menus are always available.

   Proper attire is required when using the Main Level of the Club. It is the responsibility of each member to inform his or her guest of the proper dress code of the Club. Members must also require their guests to sign the guest register in the lobby upon entrance to the Club. Guest passes may be obtained in the club office and are available to any member in good standing. These passes may be issued to friends, family or coworkers and allow a non-member to use the club for one meal of their choice on a cash basis. Charges will not be placed on a member’s account without prior authorization from said member either in writing or by telephone.

 

 

 

  

 

   Members are asked to refrain from pipe and cigar smoking in the Commonwealth Dining Room. Cellular phones are absolutely prohibited in the Commonwealth Dining Room.
